How does delivery work?
After selecting your tree size and services you will be asked to select your preferred service date and 3-hour time window at checkout. 48 hours prior to the service day, we will let you know our narrowed down, best-estimated 1 hour arrival window. On your service day, we will call or text to let you know when we are 5 to 15 minutes away.
On arrival, our crew will give your tree a fresh cut on the base and set up or drop off your tree where you want it.
Note: If there is an opportunity to make a schedule adjustment to improve our route, we may reach out in advance to ask for permission to change your delivery time.
What Tree Size Should I Pick?
If you want your Christmas tree to be NO MORE than 6 feet, order a 5' - 6' tree. If you want your Christmas tree to be NO LESS than 6 feet, then order a 6' - 7' tree. We recommend 5 and 6-foot trees for small apartments. 6 and 7-foot trees look great in most homes while trees 8 feet and up work well in homes with open floor space and tall ceilings.
When do you deliver?
Deliveries start on Black Friday (11/23) and end on December 16th or by the time we run out of trees. Besides Black Friday, deliveries occur on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 8 PM.
Where do you deliver (Service Area)?
In order to maximize route density and ensure timely delivery for all customers, we currently only service Washington, DC and Arlington, VA.
How do Removals work?
After Christmas is over, we open up for tree removal reservations. If you ordered Christmas Tree Removal
we will return to bag up your tree, vacuum the needles, and take your tree away for recycling. Don't end up on Popville's Last Christmas Tree in Town
list, order removal and let us do all the work.
Lookout for an email from us the day after Christmas to schedule your Removal date. Removals occur for the first three Saturdays and Sundays after Christmas.
